Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ReviewNudge ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

ReviewNudge connects to your QuickBooks Online account, detects completed (paid) invoices, and sends an SMS review request to the associated customer on your behalf. You control when and how the message is sent.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to send commercial messages to each customer (existing business relationship / implied consent under CASL).
• You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages to people who have not done business with you.
• You agree not to attempt to inflate or manipulate reviews in any way that violates Google's review policies.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the review link you provide. We send whatever URL you configure.
• You will not share your account credentials with others.

Prohibited uses

• Sending review requests to people who have opted out (replied STOP)
• Sending review requests for services not actually rendered
• Using the Service to harass or spam
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

QuickBooks integration

You authorize ReviewNudge to read your QuickBooks invoice and customer data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your dashboard or directly in your Intuit account settings. Revoking authorization will stop all job syncing.

Limitation of liability

ReviewNudge is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for Google review policies, Twilio delivery failures, or carrier filtering of SMS messages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
