Questions we get a lot

Is this legal in Canada?
Yes. CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation) permits commercial messages to customers with whom you have an existing business relationship. Every message includes a clear STOP opt-out and we honour all opt-outs immediately and permanently.
What QuickBooks data do you access?
Read-only access to invoices and customer records only. We look for invoices with a zero balance (paid), then pull the customer's name and phone number to send the text. We never see your bank accounts, payroll, tax records, or financial history.
What if a customer replies STOP?
They're permanently removed from all future messages the moment they reply. We never contact them again. No exceptions.
Do you guarantee reviews?
No one can guarantee that. We send the request at the right moment with the right message. About 25% of customers who receive the text leave a review. That's roughly 10 new reviews for every 40 jobs completed.
Is this against Google's review policies?
No. Asking customers for honest reviews is explicitly allowed. What's not allowed is review gating (only asking happy customers) or incentivizing reviews. ReviewNudge sends to all customers equally and offers no incentives.
Can I cancel anytime?
